General Manager – MEP /EPC – International Projects

Job Description –

To strategically plan, arrange, and manage skilled and unskilled manpower through labour contractors for HVAC, Electrical, Utility, and related services in pharma projects. This role includes identifying contractors, mobilizing workforce as per project needs, tracking output, and coordinating contractor billing in alignment with client BOQs and deliverables.

 Ensure compliance with site safety, PPE usage, and basic labour welfare norms.

 Support in optimizing contractor selection, work allocation, and cost control through comparative analysis.

 Coordinate with HR or Admin for labour gate passes, ID cards, and site onboarding formalities.

 Assist project heads in timely ramp-up and demobilization of manpower based on project progress.

 Conduct periodic contractor performance reviews and support in vendor development.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Utility execution requirements in pharma environments

 Strong understanding of manpower deployment models and output-based work planning

 Experience in contractor management, scope finalization, and labour rate benchmarking

 Practical knowledge of site measurement, productivity norms, and client billing formats

 Ability to handle multiple projects and labour pools simultaneously

 Good documentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills

 Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in pharma project sites

Qualifications & Experience:

 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

 07-08 years of experience in HVAC/Electrical/Utility project execution with a strong background in manpower and labour contractor handling

Prior experience in pharma or cleanroom project environments is highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
