Position          :  General Manager – Business Development & Land Acquisition Location        : Bangalore Gowra Group – A Leading Real Estate Conglomerate Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as General Manager – Business Development & Land Acquisition The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying land acquisition and investment opportunities, conducting market research, managing due diligence processes, and liaising with property owners and government authorities for documentation and approvals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential land banks and real estate investment opportunities in and around Bangalore. Evaluate and shortlist properties based on strategic fit, location, and investment viability. Carry out legal and commercial due diligence on prospective land parcels. Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, and government departments. Ensure timely documentation verification and coordination with legal teams for authenticity checks. Liaise with various government departments for obtaining necessary permissions, approvals, and clearances. Monitor local developments, zoning regulations, and policy changes relevant to land acquisition and real estate development. Provide strategic inputs for land acquisition and business expansion plans. Candidate Requirements: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Real Estate). 12–15 years of experience in business development, land acquisition, liaising, and market research within the real estate sector. Good Connect with the Property consultants in Bangalore Location Hands on experience in land scouting and acquisition In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, local laws, government offices, and regulatory framework. Strong negotiation, communication skills :both English & Kannada. Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including legal teams, government bodies, and property owners. Ability to travel within the region as required.
