General Manager

Your qualifications should include an MBA or Post Graduate degree in any discipline, along with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience, preferably in office administration & affairs. The ideal candidate should be a Male candidate aged between 40 to 50 years. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations across various departments, driving strategic planning and business development, and leading and motivating teams towards achieving organizational goals. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring quality, compliance, and timely project execution, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing large teams and projects successfully. The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment is crucial.
