Dass Continental is a leading 4-star business class hotel in Thrissur, known for exceptional hospitality, fine dining, and professional service. We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a proven track record in hotel operations to lead our team and drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through quality service standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and train department heads and staff.
• Implement operational policies and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor hotel performance, analyze reports, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with sales & marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, and front office.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in the hotel industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong background in hotel operations and guest relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and operational systems.

Salary: Best in the industry, based on experience.
