Hotel Dass Continental is a well-established 4-star hotel in the heart of Thrissur, known for its refined ambiance, outstanding service, and culinary excellence. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of our restaurant and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Position: Restaurant Manager (RM)

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staff supervision, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant operations, customer service, and team leadership within a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and dining room service
• Ensure top-notch guest experience through excellent service and attention to detail
• Manage restaurant staff – schedule shifts, assign duties, supervise performance
• Train and develop staff to meet service and quality standards
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and F&B management for smooth service flow
• Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure stock availability
• Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and contribute to revenue growth strategies
• Assist in menu planning, promotional events, and special dining experiences

Eligibility & Skills Required

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management (hotel industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Guest-oriented mindset with excellent communication
• Sound knowledge of restaurant service, POS systems, and hygiene standards
• Energetic, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English and Malayalam preferred
