General Manager – Chillarwar Farms & Resort (Tadoba, Chandrapur)

About Us:

Chillarwar Farms & Resort is a premium jungle safari and destination wedding resort located near the beautiful Tadoba Tiger Reserve in Chandrapur, Maharashtra. Known for our serene natural setting, personalized hospitality, and curated experiences, we are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our resort operations.

Position: General Manager

Location: Borda Village, near Tadoba, Chandrapur, Maharashtra

Type: Full-time (On-site stay preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team motivation.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience across safari stays and destination weddings.
• Handle guest relations, vendor coordination, and event execution.
• Maintain financial and operational efficiency, reporting directly to management.
• Implement standard operating procedures and maintain resort quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in resort or hotel management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in managing destination wedding or wildlife resorts will be an added advantage.
