Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Dibrugarh East. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and profitable management of the hotel. Key tasks include managing staff, handling budgets, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for implementing company policies, developing strategic plans, and establishing strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management and leadership roles
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and company policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
