GM Architecture

Role & responsibilities:

Support Consultant Strategy and Consultant Appointment Process including preparation of Design Brief, RFP, Comparative Statements, recommendation reports etc.
To monitor and review the work progress of the different consultants (quantitatively and qualitatively) and provide updates on the status and quality of deliverables, and to escalate to the CEO, in case of delays / non-compliance, or, in the event of any perceived risk to the Project Objectives, or Project Program having been noticed.
Responsible for close co-ordination and follow up with project consultants to make sure the Design Process is not at variance with, or deviating away from, the established Project
Objectives / Business Plan while making sure the consultants are complying with the scope and deliverables.
Developing incrementally, a detailed Project Management / Implementation Plan covering all the stages of Project Development, in consultation with the CEO, with the key risks at every stage, with mitigation strategy outlined.
Support the Projects Head on documentation / presentation for submission of proposals etc to Top Management / External Investors. Develop some basic plan outlines, images, elevation drawings as required for the clear and unambiguous communication of the proposals.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch. with 17 to 22 years of experience in high-rise
Combined experience of Design Consultancy & Developer would be a plus
Open to visiting project sites as and when required
