1. Generate leads for various programs and initiatives.
2. Host and coordinate webinars with national/international speakers.
3. Manage backend processes for online events and team operations.
4. Support the team in day-to-day management tasks.
5. Draft professional emails and handle meetings/chats confidently.
6. Assist with event promotions and audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in coordinating events preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative.
