General Ledger - Group Manager

You will be responsible for managing process-related tasks such as P2P, O2C, and R2R. Additionally, you will be expected to excel in client management and ensure SLAs are met. Your role will involve overseeing a team and assigning tasks based on their skill sets. It will be crucial for you to maintain a positive working environment by connecting with employees, addressing grievances, and ensuring a favorable RAG status. Furthermore, you will be required to mentor team members to help them grow and develop professionally. To qualify for this position, you must have completed a Graduation/Post-graduation in fields such as B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or any equivalent degree, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the F&A domain. Alternatively, you could be a semi-qualified CA or CMA with at least 7 years of experience in the F&A domain. Another qualification option is to be a qualified member of an internationally recognized accounting body (ICAI, CMA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.,
