Job Description

You will be responsible for performing reconciliation of vendor and customer balances to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Additionally, conducting regular bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records will be a key part of your role. You will also need to ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations by keeping accurate tax-related documentation. Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining precise financial records and documentation will also be a part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You should have 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting and financial reconciliation. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Tally, and Zoho is required. A strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance is essential. Being detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will help you excel in this role. Moreover, the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial for this position.,
