Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Insurance - Non-Motor specialist located in Nagpur. The role involves managing and delivering non-motor general insurance solutions, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, preparing quotes and policy terms, and providing insightful advice on complex insurance products. The candidate will also handle claims management and assist in resolving client queries, ensuring exceptional service standards continue to be upheld.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in General Insurance, with a focus on Non-Motor products
• Strong skills in client communication, relationship management, and advisory services
• Proficiency in claims management processes and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Analytical and decision-making skills to develop tailored insurance solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a customer-centric approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Experience in insurance broking or a similar industry role would be advantageous
