Salary Range:

18,000 21,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused D2C Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for direct-to-consumer sales of insurance products through outbound calling, upselling, and cross-selling. This role also requires managing customer inquiries and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to promote and sell insurance products directly to consumers.

Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance solutions based on customer requirements.

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

Adhere to regulatory compliance standards and the companys internal sales policies.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and daily performance KPIs.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Preferred Industry Background:

General Insurance (preferred)

Candidates from BPO/KPO sales or tele-sales backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach

Ability to handle objections and close sales

Basic knowledge of insurance products and processes (preferred)

Proficient in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications

Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
