As you step into the role at Siemens Gamesa, you will lead a team of 40 professionals in the photovoltaics sector, overseeing service requests for warranty and out-of-warranty equipment globally (excluding the United States). You will play a crucial role in a business unit focused on power electronics, where your leadership will shape exceptional customer management and operational excellence. Collaboration with departments like Engineering, Purchasing, and Logistics will be key to ensure seamless coordination and impactful outcomes, all contributing to the advancement of energy solutions in a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your impact will be felt through managing customer relationships based on contract terms, guiding your team towards operational goals, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery through subcontractor management, optimizing resources for profitability, and enhancing service offerings through process streamlining in collaboration with different teams. To excel in this role, you should have a C1 level of English proficiency for effective contract interpretation and negotiation. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in services or projects, including at least 5 years in leadership positions, you bring valuable expertise to the team. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills, along with proficiency in platforms like SAP and JIRA, will be instrumental in driving success. A background in electrotechnics and power electronics, ideally complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Renewable Energies, will further enrich your contributions. Within the team at Siemens Gamesa, you will be part of a fully autonomous business unit dedicated to power electronics, comprising around 40 passionate individuals.
