You will be a part of the Flipkart Legal team, which comprises dynamic lawyers with varied experience in handling complex issues and supporting different business verticals such as B2C (e-Commerce), B2B (Wholesale), Travel, Health Real Estate, Supply Chain, and matters related to Data protection, IP, Litigations & disputes, Labour & Employment. This position is for a Senior Manager - II (Grade 12), reporting to the Associate Director and will be involved in the B2B legal vertical of the Flipkart legal team. Your responsibilities will include supporting contract drafting, review, and negotiations for various agreements like brand license agreements, supply agreements, sourcing agreements, service agreements, advertisement agreements, celebrity endorsement agreements, marketing agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, consultant agreements, engagement letters, banking agreements, data sharing agreements, license agreements, etc. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing offer terms and conditions and policies for e-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Additionally, you will review print, social media, and other media advertisements and communications to ensure compliance with laws and organizational code of conduct. Furthermore, you will provide legal and regulatory advice to business partners on matters including e-commerce laws, FDI laws, intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, data protection laws, contract interpretation, breach and remedies, and contract compliance requirements. To succeed in this position, you should be a law graduate with approximately 7-9 years of overall work experience, particularly in an E-Commerce/FMCG/Retail/Services Company. Being inquisitive, research-oriented, possessing good stakeholder management and communication skills, taking ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities, and having the ability to build strong relationships with internal clients are essential.
