You will be a part of the Flipkart Legal team, which comprises dynamic lawyers with varied experience in handling complex issues and supporting different business verticals such as B2C (e-Commerce), B2B (Wholesale), Travel, Health Real Estate, Supply Chain, and matters related to Data protection, IP, Litigations & disputes, Labour & Employment. This position is for a Senior Manager - II (Grade 12), reporting to the Associate Director and will be involved in the B2B legal vertical of the Flipkart legal team. Your responsibilities will include supporting contract drafting, review, and negotiations for various agreements like brand license agreements, supply agreements, sourcing agreements, service agreements, advertisement agreements, celebrity endorsement agreements, marketing agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, consultant agreements, engagement letters, banking agreements, data sharing agreements, license agreements, etc. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing offer terms and conditions and policies for e-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Additionally, you will review print, social media, and other media advertisements and communications to ensure compliance with laws and organizational code of conduct. Furthermore, you will provide legal and regulatory advice to business partners on matters including e-commerce laws, FDI laws, intellectual property laws, consumer protection laws, data protection laws, contract interpretation, breach and remedies, and contract compliance requirements. You will conduct research on new regulations and legal regimes of new business domains and provide advice on regulatory requirements, legal risks, and mitigation strategies. Collaboration within a team to contribute to projects involving setting up policies and processes for legal risk identification and mitigation will also be part of your role. To succeed in this position, you should be a law graduate with approximately 7-9 years of overall work experience, particularly in an E-Commerce/FMCG/Retail/Services Company. Being inquisitive, research-oriented, possessing good stakeholder management and communication skills, taking ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities, and having the ability to build strong relationships with internal clients are essential. You should exhibit high integrity, excellent judgment, strong transactional, contract review, drafting, and negotiating experience, along with good business/commercial acumen. Additionally, strengths in teamwork, contract risk/liability assessment, and problem-solving are crucial. As a PEB Modeler, your role will involve utilizing your skills in PEB modeling activities, which includes understanding client drawings, creating and editing GA drawings. You should possess proficiency in developing 3D models based on design criteria, data specification, and client information while adhering to industry practices. It is essential to have experience working with US codes, standards, and projects. Your expertise in Tekla Structures V13.1 to V20.0 (X-steel) modeling and detailing will be crucial for this role. Collaboration with team members on modeling and connection application is a key aspect of the job. You should be well-versed in studying contract/design drawings and have strong interpretation skills. The ideal candidate for this position would have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in PEB modeling with a solid understanding of Tekla and AISC Standards. Previous work experience with US projects is highly desirable. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.E. or B.Tech./Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering. Summary: The Accountant will provide excellent accounting services to Company Worldwide as part of the Global Business Services Center (GBSC). The Procurement Engineer is responsible for conducting procurement activities with both local and foreign vendors in adherence to the company's procedures, code of ethics, local content regulations, and QHSE policy.
