As an experienced Inspection Engineer specializing in solar PV Modules, your main responsibilities at STS will include: - Understanding the inspection plan and checklist content as per project requirements, following necessary training. - Participating in project opening meetings to brief suppliers on the scope, inspection plan, and schedule. - Verifying on-site conditions in accordance with the 5M methodology before conducting inspections. - Observing manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurements based on a checklist. - Monitoring testing lead times to ensure completion within agreed schedules. - Communicating findings to site contacts and analyzing their improvement plans. - Reporting observed findings during inspections to the Project Manager. - Completing inspection reports using the format provided by the Service Engineering team. - Offering suggestions for improvements to manufacturers regarding product quality and testing conditions. - Proposing enhancements to the inspection methodology for better efficiency.
