법률 고문(General Counsel)

🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Provide legal guidance and support to executive leadership and business units
• 경영진 및 각 사업 부문에 법률 자문 및 지원 제공
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• 국내외 법규 및 규정 준수 보장
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• 계약서, 합의서 및 기타 법률 문서 작성, 검토, 협상
• Manage corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory matters
• 기업 거버넌스, 리스크 관리 및 규제 관련 업무 관리
• Oversee external legal counsel and manage legal budgets
• 외부 법률 자문 관리 및 법률 비용 관리
• Provide training and guidance on legal and compliance matters to employees
• 직원 대상 법률 및 준수 관련 교육 및 가이드 제공

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree; licensed to practice law in Korea preferred
• 법학박사(JD) 또는 이에 상응하는 법률 학위; 한국 내 변호사 자격 우대
• 10+ years of experience in corporate law, in-house counsel, or related roles
• 기업법, 사내 법률 자문 또는 관련 경력 10년 이상
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters
• 기업 거버넌스, 계약, 준수 및 규제 관련 강한 이해
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• 뛰어난 협상, 커뮤니케이션 및 리더십 능력
• Strategic thinking with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• 전략적 사고, 문제 해결 및 의사결정 능력
• Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
