Roles & Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end machine learning project lifecycle using best practices and well-managed software delivery.
Lead the design and development of virtual assistants using Conversational AI platforms.
Foster innovative ideas for developing high-impact solutions.
Design and develop advanced analytic solutions across functional areas as per requirements and opportunities.
Participate in discussions with business stakeholders to identify business challenges that can be solved with AI/ML.
Use Large Language Model (LLM) technologies for projects and provide technical assistance to others regarding LLM and GenAI usage.
Support and advise teams on best practices regarding LLM and GenAI technologies, specifically geared towards NLP use cases.
Lead complex and technically challenging projects from concept to completion, mainly in the area of AIOps: clustering, classification, anomaly detection, capacity prediction.
Understand requirements and design conversational flows.
Develop intents and entities for chatbots.

Preferred Profile

8-10 years of experience implementing AI/ML models in enterprise systems.
In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.
Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, etc.).
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the design, development, and deployment of conversational bots.
Experience working with observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana.
2-5 years of experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing), NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), and Conversational AI.
Ability to integrate bot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.
Experience with web services integration.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment.
