GenAI Design Lead

Role Overview: OLIVER+ is seeking a talented and experienced Design Lead to join their global team of creative thinkers. The Design Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing conceptual and design projects, ensuring the quality of ideas and end-to-end design execution. Key Responsibilities: - Motivate and influence the creative team to strive for excellence in performance - Monitor the quality of design projects and lead internal review sessions - Manage the timely delivery of all projects while considering client requirements - Investigate, propose, and implement innovative ways to enhance design services - Coordinate team meetings, forward scheduling meetings, and work review meetings - Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning within the team - Attend client meetings, present work, and identify business development opportunities - Work with the workflow/studio manager to allocate design talent effectively - Act as a brand guardian to ensure design collateral aligns with client brand guidelines - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service - Manage, train, and mentor staff to enhance productivity and staff morale - Ensure staff members accurately record timesheets - Stay proficient in AI tools and trends through ongoing training and knowledge-sharing sessions Qualification Required: - Senior design practitioner with first-class design expertise, creativity, and thought leadership - Commercial acumen and leadership gravitas - Experience in overseeing multiple design projects simultaneously - Ability to inspire, lead, and support creative talent - Proficiency in AI tools and technologies - Strong communication and collaboration skills Additional Details: OLIVER+ is committed to ensuring that all team members are fully trained and confident in using Pencil AI and other approved AI tools.
