Gen AI Product Owner

Role Purpose

The Gen AI Product Owner is responsible for embedding AI insights and recommendations into MFLOne, branch systems, CRM, and operational workflows. The role ensures AI solutions are usable, adopted, and deliver tangible business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Identify or develop AI/Gen AI solutions and implement it with measurable impact

Integrate AI features into MFLOne and branch systems

Drive adoption through training and change management

Track usage, effectiveness, and behavioural impact

Coordinate releases with IT, analytics, and partners

Continuously improve AI enabled products based on user feedback

Key Skills and Experience

Strong product management experience in BFSI or digital platforms with exposure in Gen AI solutioning

Understanding of platform business, branch operations and customer journeys

Ability to manage cross functional delivery teams

User centric design mindset

Key Performance Indicators

Adoption and usage of Gen AI enabled features

Reduction in manual effort and turnaround time

Improvement in customer engagement and conversion

Internal user satisfaction scores

Successful rollout of AI features on schedule

Experience

5-10 years of experience in the domain
