Job Description

Generative AI Developer

Design and develop AI-powered chatbots using Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, and Cognitive Services.
Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) for intelligent conversation handling.
Fine-tune GPT-based models and integrate them with business applications.
Optimize chatbot performance by training models, improving responses, and handling edge cases.
Deploy and manage chatbots using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, and Kubernetes.
Integrate chatbots with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, or custom apps).
Ensure chatbot security, compliance, and scalability in Azure cloud environments.
Monitor chatbot analytics using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Power BI.
