Role Overview: As a TSS Associate in Talent Development at EY, you will be responsible for providing HR support services, including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility, and Performance Management support to EY member firms. You will collaborate with diverse teams globally to deliver high-quality HR transactional services efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy measurement and evaluation tools for coaching and mentoring - Administer diagnostic tools and assessments for coaching - Provide administrative support for leadership development programs and processes - Monitor business performance management process compliance - Deploy measurement and evaluation tools for Highest Performing Teams (HPT) - Administer diagnostic tools for teams - Co-ordinate onboarding activities for all hires - Support submitting requests for individual/group changes in Core HR - Handle late change requests following the year-end process - Ensure everyone has been assigned a counselor or LEAD reviewer - Support with the LEAD workbooks Qualifications Required: - Masters / Bachelors degree in business or HR-related discipline, preference for candidates with HR specialization - Minimum of 2+ years of progressive HR experience - Significant experience working in HR in professional services or corporate environment - Experience in Learning and Development is desired - Experience working in international and diverse environments (Note: Additional details about EY have been omitted as it was not present in the provided job description),
