Job Description

As an Experience Management Senior Associate at EY, you will be part of a high-performing team of workforce management professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client service and helping employees achieve their career aspirations. You will have the opportunity to analyze, innovate, think globally, and contribute to the firms Next Wave strategy of building a better working world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the staffing lead for the assigned region/service/competency team, collaborating with service delivery managers to implement resource management processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Track, monitor, and analyze demand pipeline projections, new deals, pursuits, and staff augmentation needs in close coordination with service delivery teams. - Assign projects to the workforce based on required skills and experience, while supervising, training, and delegating responsibilities to team members. - Ensure compliance with WFM business rules, deployment policies, talent policies, and regulatory requirements. - Implement staffing plans for (30-60-90) day pipeline to minimize unfulfilled demands. - Coordinate with project managers to capture demand pipeline projections and identify actionable demands. - Perform demand-supply searches and propose best-fit staffing options from the internal resource pool. - Timely update employee schedules on the schedule management tool. - Resolve scheduling conflicts and minimize bench pipeline through proactive deployment on projects. - Meet assigned KPIs such as employee utilization, time to fulfill demand, unfulfilled demand %, and bench aging. - Provide regular reporting and analytics on business and operational KPIs. - Mentor and provide functional support to associates in the team, ensuring stakeholder engagement. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates with 4-7 years of relevant workforce management experience, possessing strong analytical skills and domain knowledge in resource management, demand planning, and MIS. - Ability to compute staffing demands, validate skills and experiences, negotiate staffing solutions, and deliver highest quality service within specified timelines. - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong teaming, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills. - Ideally, experience in people management, supervision, and stakeholder management.
