Liaison with QA,Tech for samples, Follow up bulk orders through TNA & communication with factories and buyers Required Candidate profile Minimum 5 years experience in sourcing & negotiation, preferably in a Buying / Liaison office with Good woven knowledge. High analytical skills.

Job Role and Responsibilities: As the Senior Merchant , you will be a key player in ensuring the seamless development and execution of products from initial buyer communication through to the final shipment. Your duties will include: 1. Buyer Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for buyers, managing communication from product development to delivery. Collaborate with buyers to understand their needs and specifications for new product lines. Provide timely updates and solutions to buyers throughout the order process, ensuring their requirements are met. 2. Production Coordination : Work closely with the Factory Manager to ensure production timelines, quality standards, and shipment deadlines are achieved. Monitor production progress to ensure smooth operations, addressing any issues that arise promptly. 3.ERP Management (Visual Gems) : Ensure accurate and timely entry of all production-related data in the Visual Gems ERP system. Maintain records of inventory, production schedules, and shipment details to streamline processes and ensure accountability 4. Supplier & Processor Coordination : Liaise with fabric suppliers, processors, and other third-party vendors to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely completion of processing tasks. Oversee the quality control of materials and ensure that suppliers meet the brands premium standards

Key Roles & Responsibilities Define and execute a relevant supplier strategy for Styli - adding your vision and expertise on the best region & supplier options Drive and manage the end-to-end sourcing, in alignment with other internal teams Responsible to ensure that we develop and maintain a healthy supplier base, supporting to solve potential issues (delays, compliance, quality, testing, production, etc.) with our suppliers Proactively support and propose alternatives to Buying teams on product improvement, materials, price optimization, supplier choice, etc. Develop and continuously update your understanding of the middle east customer and trends in the region. Skilled with costing and garment manufacturing specifically Should be very strong with data handling and data analysis Understanding of fabrics like knit, denim & woven Candidates must have experience in women wear Very good in MS Excel, Advance Excel and Data Management Experience 2 -3 years of experience Hands on with excel, coordination, and strictly from the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Seasonal Planning and Strategy: Develop seasonal sourcing plans in alignment with design, sales, and business targets. Collaborate with supplier and sales teams to analyze past trends and forecast demand for each category. Ensure timely availability of new collections based on trends and customer preferences 2. Design Coordination Work with designers, Vendors to translate ideas into commercially viable products. Ensure designs meet quality standards, cost parameters, and delivery timelines. 3. Sales Projections and Monitoring: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to forecast demand accurately. Prepare sales projections for each category and adjust sourcing strategies as required. Monitor category-wise sales performance to identify areas of improvement. 4. Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely deliveries. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with vendors while maintaining cost-efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term collaboration. 5. Vendor Development: Develop new vendor partnerships to expand sourcing options and reduce dependency on existing suppliers. Ensure vendors adhere to ethical practices, compliance standards, and quality norms. Conduct vendor audits and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. 6. Product Development and Costing : Oversee sampling and approvals for all categories. Ensure product costs are competitive and within planned budgets without compromising on quality. 7. Production and Quality Assurance: Monitor production schedules and ensure timely handover to the supply chain. Conduct quality checks during production and pre-shipment inspections to maintain standards. 8. Market Intelligence and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on global fashion trends, fabric innovations, and competitive landscape. Leverage market insights to make informed sourcing and product decisions. 9. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with the marketing, retail, and sales teams to ensure alignment in product offerings. Communicate effectively with internal teams to address challenges and bottlenecks. 10. Reports and Documentation :• Prepare regular reports on sourcing, costs, vendor performance, and production status.• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
