Role & responsibilities Coordination for Arrangements of Fabrics/trims/accessories other materials i.e. packing material etc Maintaining data of Orders/Shipping/Accounts. Coordination & Explanation of relevant orders details to Inhouse staff or outsource vendors. Alignment of Making & Inhouse Inspection (Initial & final level) & 3rd Party if needed. To resolve queries either from buyer side or from our team. Managing suppliers and their bills. Payment approval, chasing of payments, managing supplier in case of late payments. Analysing priorities and explain to team Costings and Images of samples data. Review & decision of inspection issues. All shipment work (coordination with forwarder, Invoicing, document validation i.e. COO, Check list etc), Sharing updates and reports. Involvement in packing for instructions Booking porters/ we-fast wherever needed in Shun Trading, Maintain buyer expenses & Remittance data. Market/Supplier visit wherever needed. Preferred candidate profile candidate who have experience more than 5 years and have good knowledge of garment manufecturing proceedures, good cammand on english and mailing skills
