Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source garments from vendors, negotiate prices, and manage inventory levels to meet business requirements.
Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers to improve communication and reduce costs.
Manage vendor payments, track orders, and resolve any issues that may arise during the sourcing process.
Develop new designs with the existing vendors.
Following up with the vendors to ensure the delivery dates are met.
Develop new vendors for kids wear apparel products

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Supervisory and management experience.
5+ years of experience as a sourcing merchant
Strong knowledge of knitwear fabrics used in kids' wear industry.
