Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end quality operations for both

  knitted and woven fabrics

  , from

  fabric inspection to finished garment

  stage.
• Ensure adherence to

  international quality standards

  including

  AQL

  ,

  4-Point System

  , and

  7-Point System

  .
• Conduct inline and final inspections, generate

  detailed quality reports

  , and provide actionable comments.
• Coordinate and supervise

  subordinates and quality teams

  across units and vendor locations.
• Liaise with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure on-time delivery with required quality parameters.
• Monitor fabric performance, identify defects, and ensure

  corrective and preventive actions

  are implemented effectively.

Qualification

• B.Sc. Costume Design & Fashion (CDF)

• B.Sc. Textiles

• Diploma in Garment Technology / Textile Technology

• B.Tech in Textile Technology

Experience

• 2 to 5 years

  of experience in

  Textile / Apparel Manufacturing Industry

  with hands-on expertise in fabric and garment quality inspection.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  knit and woven fabric quality parameters

  .
• Proficiency in

  AQL, 4-Point, and 7-Point Inspection Systems

  .
• Ability to prepare and interpret

  quality reports, comments, and buyer feedback

  .
• Excellent

  coordination and leadership skills

  to manage quality teams.

• Willingness to travel

  for on-site inspections and vendor assessments.
