Role Overview

We are seeking a Gaming Head to lead our educational game development efforts. This is a visionary, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for defining the creative direction, managing a talented team of Unity Game Developers, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of engaging AI-powered educational games.

This is a long-term opportunity to innovate at the intersection of gaming, AI, and EdTech.

Key Responsibilities

🎮 Creative Direction & Game Vision

• Define and evolve the creative direction for AI-integrated educational games.

• Identify new gameplay mechanics and game types that enhance learning outcomes.

👥 Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of Unity Game Developers.

• Set clear priorities, allocate projects, and foster a high-performance, quality-first culture.

🧩 Game Development Lifecycle

• Oversee the full game development process—from ideation and prototyping to launch.

• Ensure smooth execution of projects within scope, time, and budget.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with AI, content, and product teams to develop personalized, immersive learning experiences.

• Ensure seamless integration of AI-generated content and interactive features.

📈 Strategy & Technical Planning

• Create technical specs and resource plans.

• Provide accurate project estimations, schedules, and risk assessments.

👨‍💻 Hands-On Development Support

• Provide guidance and problem-solving support across all stages of development.

• Set and maintain high standards for performance, UX, and quality across platforms (mobile and desktop).
