Hardware Engineer – Stylus-Enabled Tablet

About the Product: We’re building a pen-enabled Android/Linux tablet by integrating existing off-the-shelf components—touch display, stylus digitizer, compute module, and casing—into a cohesive, creator-first device. The focus is on engineering integration, not chipset-level innovation.
Responsibilities
-Select and integrate core components: SoC board, display, digitizer, battery, casing
-Evaluate and implement the right stylus technology (e.g., EMR, AES, MPP)
-Coordinate with vendors and ODMs for sourcing and prototyping
-Work with software/firmware teams to ensure smooth pen input, touch performance, and system stability
-Own system-level decisions: latency, power, heat, form factor trade-offs
-Understand Sourcing from China - Researching about it. (Must have)
