Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for a Game Programmer Intern specializing in Unreal Engine or Unity. As an intern, you will work on developing gameplay mechanics, enhancing game functionalities, and contributing to both entertainment and simulation projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing code, troubleshooting errors, and collaborating with the design and art teams to integrate creative game elements. You will also engage in optimizing games for performance across various platforms and exploring innovative software features.

Qualifications

• Competence in Game Programming and Gameplay Programming for developing engaging and functional game experiences
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for efficient and scalable code development
• Understanding of Game Design principles to collaboratively implement creative game features
• Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in Computer Science, Game Development, or related fields
• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity development tools
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team remotely
