Position Overview

Game Developer Tutor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D games for mobile, web, and PC platforms using industry-standard tools.
• Design and deliver structured lessons in

  Game Development

  (including coding, design, and publishing).
• Teach students how to use

  Unity, Unreal Engine, or other frameworks

  to create functional and creative games.
• Guide learners in

  programming languages

  like C#, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Assist students in

  project-based learning

  , helping them build and publish their own games.
• Integrate

  graphics, sound, animation, and storytelling

  into the learning modules.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with new game technologies and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with academy management to update course materials and ensure industry relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Game Design, Multimedia, or IT

  (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in game development (portfolio or published projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  Unity/Unreal Engine

  and

  game programming languages

  .
• Familiarity with

  graphics design, animation tools, and 3D modeling software

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for teaching.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for training students.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
