What you will do?

Game Designer

• Develop game concepts and core mechanics from idea to execution
• Design compelling levels, challenges, and progression systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and writers to shape engaging gameplay loops
• Balance creative ambition with technical feasibility and user feedback
• Iterate constantly to refine gameplay, pacing, and flow
• Contribute to both mobile and console-ready experiences

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in game design (mobile or console)
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful mechanics and player-centric design
• Proficient in

  level design

  ,

  systems design

  , and

  game balancing

• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal, and standard game design tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• A passion for global gaming culture—with an eye for Indian storytelling or aesthetic flair

Good to have:

• Experience designing live-ops or free-to-play mechanics
• Exposure to narrative design or branching storylines
• Understanding of UX/UI principles in games
• You’ve shipped at least one game (indie or commercial)
