Job Description

As a Gainsight Administrator at Acquia, you will play a crucial role within the Revenue Operations team, assisting Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Technical Account Managers with platform support, program implementations, reporting, and overall deployment. Your contribution will be vital in improving customer experiences and driving value for customers throughout their lifecycle. Here are some key responsibilities: - Team up with the Senior Gainsight Administrator and collaborate with various departments to innovate and enhance processes. - Assist in setting up and managing the Gainsight platform, including configuration, deployment, and administration (system configuration, reports, dashboards, scorecards, workflows, and integrations). - Monitor system performance, data integrity, user activity, and product requests. Conduct Program, CTA, Dashboard reviews, and Chair-sides. - Develop training sessions for team members to maximize the use of workflows and share tips and tricks for effective utilization of Gainsight. - Oversee Customer Success processes, ensuring clear mapping and documentation of all activities. - Design smart rules to analyze customer data and trigger actions for the Customer Success team. - Stay updated on the latest Gainsight features and technology trends to support continuous growth and change within the organization. Qualifications: - 3 years of total work experience with at least 2 years in Gainsight administration. - Experience in customer success, Revenue operations, Marketing Operations, or equivalent understanding of key customer success & account management principles. - Demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis, and problem-solving with a systems mindset. - Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database management is preferred. - Possession of Level 2 Gainsight Administrator Certification (Journey Orchestrator and Reports and Dashboards). - Natural curiosity in enhancing Acquia's customer engagement and process efficiency.
