Job Description

As the Single Point of Contact for business, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs by engaging with stakeholders to comprehend their objectives, KPIs, and challenges. You should possess solid knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Python, R, etc., to ideate and drive efficiency projects. It is essential to stay updated with the latest tools and technologies for driving process improvement projects. Your role will involve working with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility. Additionally, you will develop and maintain documentation, procure sign-off from the business on methodology, and manage project and program management to monitor and track project progress. Your responsibilities will include critically evaluating information from various sources, reconciling conflicts, and generating solutions based on data analysis and research. You will work on large data sets, perform data analysis, own specific business functionality areas, and become an expert resource in those areas for both business and technology stakeholders. Furthermore, you will conduct preliminary testing, engage with team and senior managers to identify and implement problem-solving opportunities, support transformation initiatives, and collaborate with the leadership team. In terms of client and stakeholder management, you will engage in proactive communication, build rapport at operational touchpoints, and strive to be perceived as a value-adding team member. The ideal candidate for this role would have 3-6 years of work experience, with prior relevant experience in operations or training functions being an added advantage. You should demonstrate diligence, high attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, and other Microsoft applications is required, along with a positive attitude, teamwork qualities, and experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development and data integration tools. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern data architectures like Lakehouse and Data Mesh would be beneficial. Experience in working with large-scale data processing is also preferred.
