G Suite (Enterprise) Administrator (2-5 Yrs of Experience)

Job Overview:

G Suite Administrator (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Google Workspace (G Suite) Administration:

• Manage creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts and groups.
• Administer

  Directory Sync / Contact Sync

  between G Suite and local systems.
• Implement and monitor

  Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

  policies for Gmail and Google Drive.
• Oversee

  endpoint management

  for mobile devices, ensuring security compliance and access control.
• Manage and allocate

  G Suite licenses

  across teams as per organizational requirements.

Application & Integration Management:

• Build and support internal systems such as

  Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  using G Suite tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Google Sites, Sheets automation).
• Oversee and ensure compliance in managing

  Amazon S3 Cloud

  services including access controls and data security protocols.
• Administer attendance and related applications, ensuring data integrity and smooth performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administering G Suite (Google Workspace) for mid to large-sized teams.
• Strong understanding of G Suite Admin Console, endpoint management, and DLP.
• Familiarity with directory services and syncing tools (e.g., Google Cloud Directory Sync).
• Basic understanding of

  cloud platforms

  like Amazon S3.
• Exposure to managing and automating LMS or similar systems using G Suite tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot email, sync, and access issues across platforms and devices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
