Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Design (G M Design) located in Indore. The General Manager Design will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of wire drawing equipment, ensuring quality and innovation. Daily tasks will include leading a team of designers, coordinating with other departments, managing design projects, and ensuring that all products meet industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment design and development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Project management abilities
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the wire drawing industry is a plus
