Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Design (G M Design) located in Indore. The General Manager Design will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of wire drawing equipment, ensuring quality and innovation. Daily tasks will include leading a team of designers, coordinating with other departments, managing design projects, and ensuring that all products meet industry standards and client requirements. Qualifications Experience in equipment design and development Strong leadership and team management skills Project management abilities Knowledge of industry standards and compliance Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus Experience in the wire drawing industry is a plus
