Job Description

As an Associate in the ISG Aligned Operations Team at Morgan Stanley, your main responsibilities will include: - Working on day-to-day Cash Settlements functions (FX) - Ensuring timely settlement of cash flows and investigating and resolving fails - Being a subject matter expert for functions and products covered within the group - Analyzing current processes and identifying process/system improvements to increase efficiencies - Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy - Supporting applicable Change the Bank and Run the Bank Projects from inception to production - Acting as an escalation point for issues and discrepancies with external and internal counterparties - Managing client and business unit relationships To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications: - Experience within Settlements or applicable product-related roles - Bachelor's Degree - Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills - Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment - Proactive and self-motivated - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word - Flexible working in Shift (Asia or EMEA) Morgan Stanley has been a global leader in financial services since 1935, continuously evolving and innovating to better serve clients and communities in more than 40 countries worldwide.
