Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Embedded Development tools like IAR, GitHub, and experience working with GPIO, PWM, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, DALI, and Ethernet.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate the Scrum framework and ensure effective implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and risks.
Implement Agile methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Scrum principles and frameworks.
Experience with Embedded Development tools like IAR, GitHub, and Git.
Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and RTOS.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Skills: C++, RTOS exp for 7+ yrs of exp. Minimum 1/2 yrs in Scrum Master role. Good to have CSM certificate (Not mandatory).
Education: BE in EE/ECE/ETRX/IT/CS.
Notice Period: 0-30 days.
