Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Jira Developer with 5-16 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing Jira solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement Jira workflows, custom fields, and user permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira data modeling, indexing, and query performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions using Jira tools such as workflow analysis, reporting, and automation.
Develop and maintain documentation of Jira configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Provide training and support to end-users on Jira functionality and best practices.
Participate in agile development methodologies, including iterative development, testing, and deployment.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Jira architecture, data modeling, and indexing concepts.
Experience with Jira scripting languages, such as Groovy or JavaScript.
Knowledge of Jira plugins, add-ons, and integrations with other tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
