Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Financial planning and analysis:

Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet obligations.
Perform variance analysis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Strategic decision-making and investment:

Provide financial guidance to other departments and advise on investment activities.
Oversee and manage the deployment of capital and the company's investment portfolio.

Compliance and risk management :

Set up and improve internal controls and procedures.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.

Team and stakeholder management:

Work with accountants, business heads, and other executives to form business strategy.
Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team.
GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, GL, COA, Subledger Accounting, Expenses & Sub-ledger and GL Reconciliation.
Exposure to OIC & Integrations.
