Fusion ERP Techno-Functional Analyst 3-Support

Role Overview: As a potential candidate for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various SaaS modules and applications. Your responsibilities will include leading the team if you are a senior candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Showcase expertise as an SME in multiple SaaS modules and applications - Lead the team effectively (for senior candidates) - Possess positive attitude, good communication skills, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills - Interact with customers effectively and learn new applications - Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills in Oracle ERP modules - Work on various assignments simultaneously - Have hands-on experience in at least 3 ERP modules and experience in Implementation or L1/L2 level support - Utilize technical skills such as PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, Web Services, Rest APIs, ADFDI/FBDI, and OIC Integrations/Interfaces Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 to 9+ years of experience in SaaS/Oracle Fusion Cloud - Experience in Oracle EBS will be a plus - Real-time hands-on functional and technical experience in ERP modules required - Ability to analyze business processes, define requirements, and design solutions,
