Fusion ERP Techno-Functional Analyst 3-Support

As a candidate for this position, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your field with proficiency across multiple SaaS Modules/applications and practical skills. Senior candidates should showcase the ability to lead a team effectively. Your positive attitude, excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer interfacing capabilities, and eagerness to learn new applications are essential for this role. You should be able to devise innovative solutions for CSS customers and possess robust troubleshooting skills in Oracle ERP modules, specializing in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating expertise in at least 3 ERP modules with hands-on experience in implementation or L1/L2 level support - Handling multiple assignments concurrently - Utilizing technical skills such as PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, Web Services, Rest APIs, ADFDI/FBDI, and OIC Integrations/Interfaces effectively Qualifications Required: - 5 to 9+ years of experience in SaaS/Oracle Fusion Cloud, with prior EBS experience considered a plus Please note that this position is at Career Level - IC3.
