Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to find leads, develop strong customer relationships, showcase products/services, negotiate deals, and close sales in order to meet revenue targets. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research, manage a sales pipeline using a CRM system, and offer post-sales support. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, product knowledge, and a knack for building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as online searches, social media, networking, and referrals. - Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with both existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. - Sales & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, address client inquiries, and articulate the value proposition of products or services to meet customer needs. - Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close sales. - Market Research: Analyze the market to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities. - Pipeline Management: Keep track of sales activities in a CRM system, monitor customer interactions, and provide regular reports on sales performance and outcomes. - Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, to align sales strategies and accomplish company objectives. - After-Sales Support: Offer post-sale support, handle customer concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to promote loyalty.
