Furniture Customize Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Client Requirement Management
• Interact with clients, sales, and design teams to understand customization needs.
• Translate client concepts into feasible designs and prototypes.
• Design & Development
• Oversee custom furniture designs, ensuring aesthetics, durability, and functionality.
• Approve material selection, finishes, and technical drawings.
• Ensure designs align with company standards and production capabilities.
• Production Coordination
• Work closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of custom orders.
• Optimize processes to balance customization with cost and efficiency.
• Vendor Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers for raw materials, fittings, and finishes.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely supply, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of vendors.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor design/customization teams.
• Allocate projects and ensure quality checks at every stage.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure all customized furniture adheres to quality standards and safety norms.
• Regularly review prototypes and final outputs before dispatch.
• Costing & Budgeting
• Prepare cost estimates for custom orders.
• Control costs while maintaining premium quality.
• Innovation & Market Trends
• Stay updated with latest furniture trends, materials, and technology.
• Suggest innovative solutions to enhance the customization portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,860.47 - ₹40,000.00 per month
