Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a CSR fundraising strategy.
• Build relationships with corporations aligned to Rupantar’s mission.
• Deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and impact reports.
• Retain donors with tailored engagement and regular updates.
• Lead and mentor a fundraising team, coordinating efforts across departments.

You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant field); 5+ years’ experience in CSR fundraising.
• Strong network and understanding of India’s CSR landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven track record in proposal writing and corporate outreach.
• Experience in education or the social impact space preferred.
