Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraiser located in New Delhi. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, organizing fundraising events, and building relationships with donors. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential donors, preparing proposals, managing donor databases, and coordinating with volunteers and other team members to achieve fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Fundraising, Donor Relations, and Event Planning skills
• Strong Research and Proposal Writing skills
• Database Management and Record Keeping skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
