Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Fundraiser Consultant located in New Delhi, with some work from home flexibility. The Fundraiser Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, identifying and cultivating donor relationships, organizing fundraising events, preparing grant applications and proposals, and engaging with the community to promote the foundation's mission. The consultant will also be tasked with monitoring fundraising performance and reporting on progress to the foundation's leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
• Strong skills in identifying and cultivating donor relationships and community engagement
• Organizational skills for planning and executing fundraising events
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing grant applications and proposals
• Analytical skills to monitor and report on fundraising performance
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Experience in non-profit organizations or similar roles is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
