Role Overview: Citco is a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and related asset services with staff across 50 office locations worldwide. As a core member of the Investor Relations team, you will play a strategic role in developing and driving the future vision of Investor Relations. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading the Investor Relations locations in Hyderabad and Pune, providing top-notch client service to high-profile Hedge Funds, and implementing global standards for work processes. Your role will also involve employee engagements, recruitment, risk management, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic leader in developing and driving the future vision of Investor Relations. - Directly oversee and be responsible for the India IR locations in Hyderabad and Pune. - Lead employee engagements and development initiatives. - Provide best in class client service to high profile Hedge Funds. - Assist with recruitment, employee assessment, and business planning. - Monitor and manage Risk and Performance Dashboards across clients. - Implement global standards for work processes and ensure ongoing monitoring of the control environment. - Develop, maintain, and validate clear department operational procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Investor Relations/Transfer Agency Environment. - Thoughtful leadership and passion in employee engagement, retention, professional development, and relationship management. - Bachelors and/or Masters level degree in finance or relevant area. - Proven experience in managing a large team. - Exposure to systems implementations and work flow process initiatives. - Solid understanding of Anti Money Laundering Requirements and operational risk areas.
