Role Overview

We are hiring a Fund Manager / Business Head for an upcoming PMS platform based in Mumbai. This is a senior, end-to-end role with overall responsibility for setting up, managing, and scaling the PMS, similar to a CEO-level mandate for the investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships

Oversee fund deployment in line with investment strategy

Drive investment decision-making across the portfolio

Manage exits and value realisation

End-to-end portfolio management

Oversee operations, risk, and regulatory compliance related to the PMS

Candidate Profile

8–15 years of relevant buy-side investment experience

Prior experience in PMS / AIF / asset management preferred

Strong track record across investing, portfolio management, and exits

Ability to handle end-to-end ownership of an investment platform
